Learners apply in the app

Learners find your bursary in UniApplyForMe and apply with their profile and documents already filled in, so you get complete applications.

Review, shortlist and award

Filter, shortlist and decide as a team, then send offers and agreements that learners, guardians and your signatories sign electronically.

Track progress and payments

Request results, check them against your conditions, record invoices and payments with approvals, and report or export an audit pack at any time.

Learners consent before a funder sees their application, and personal information is removed when the retention period ends.
Two step verification

Every funder account signs in with a password and an authenticator app code.
Encrypted banking details

Bank details are encrypted, and only the last four digits are shown in the portal.
Separation of duties

Whoever captures an invoice or payment can never approve it, enforced in the database.
Audit trail

Every change, approval, download and export is recorded with who did it and when.
